Qi Gong Retreat
August 24, 2014 - August 29, 2014

Bali and Qi Gong the perfect combination…
Have you ever dreamed of being on a tropical island, warm breeze blowing across your body? The sound of waves slowly rolling in and going out. The smiling faces of people wanting to take care of you so you can enjoy yourself.
Now imagine your life slowing down to the point where you really feel relaxed and ready to learn something new and exciting.
The energy of Bali is very soft, but very powerful. The movements, breathing and meditation of Qi Gong is also soft, but powerful. This makes for the right blending of practice and energy to improve and maintain health; physically, mentally and spiritually.
Anyone can do Qi Gong: it can even be done sitting down! Learn these ancient techniques to get healthy, reduce stress, feel good, increase your energy and have fun doing it!By the end of this six day retreat you will have a method of self healing and regeneration that you can take with you your whole life long.
