Lis White Yoga Retreat

Each day of the program is designed to nurture and inspire you to gently unwind and relax. During the program you will have the opportunity to part-take in daily morning and evening Yoga classes, where we will indulge in two hour practices. Morning classes will typically focus on cleansing Vinyasa flow, pranayama and meditation with evening classes dedicated to either a workshop styled class or restorative asana and Yoga Nidra.
There will be plenty of time to yourself for relaxation by the pool, personal meditation, walks around the organic gardens and nearby village, or simply cosing up on a daybed to lose yourself in a book. Other activities included in the week are private daily shuttles to and from the beach for swimming and snorkeling, a half-day trip to nearby traditional village school, spa and beauty treatments.
